This week I have been delighted to be joined by two work experience students – Jack from Okehampton College and Seb from Cullompton Community College. It’s been a varied week for them, experiencing lots of what Entertainingly Different is all about.

The week included their first taste of live radio, joining me in the Soundart Radio studio on Monday. On Tuesday the pirate outfits were donned as they became part of the Pirate Show for Whipton Barton School before entertaininging at Hatherleigh Children’s Centre’s birthday party on Wednesday. After the party they headed to Northam Lodge in Bideford to assist with the regular programme of workshops. Thursday morning saw a rehearsal for the forthcoming piece of family theatre, Aerodynamics of Biscuits followed by Okehampton Children’s Centre’s birthday party. Then it was back to base for a bit of work on the set for Aerodynamics of biscuits. Finally, on Friday they headed off to Madewell in Hatherleigh for their weekly drama session.

Thanks to both Seb and Jack for their commitment and enthusiasm this week. We wish you well with your future endeavours.
