Entertainingly Different

🎬Today for the third time in just as many weeks, Rob Pudner (Entertainingly Different) visited Ottery St Mary where joined by film maker Matt Biggs (Artaura Productions) and the Curator of the town's Heritage Museum Nigel Sadler, he continued work on the production of two short entertaining and educational films aimed at a family audience which will be launched next Spring.
The first part of today's adventures involved climbing a spiral stone staircase consisting of sixty-two stone steps followed closely by two steep ladders to bask in the autumnal sunshine at the top of church's bell tower whilst getting some very exciting footage in the can. 🎥

Entertainingly Different

It's not all work. . . . .
In 1997 Rob Pudner took part in a workshop style production of the first act of 'Korczak' written and directed by Nick Stimson and Chris Williams and performed at the Theatre Royal Plymouth Drum Theatre - the same piece of musical theatre Rob went onto produce and direct with the Plough Youth Theatre at the Plough Arts Centre in 2004/05 which he also took to Assitej International Festival in Poland.
Here he is with the pair almost twenty five years later at yesterday's fabulous and awe inspiring Mayflower 400 UK Community Choir Showcase at the Plymouth Guildhall where the Southwest Philharmonia & Chorus directed by Marcus Alleyne and the Royal Marine Band Plymouth under the baton of Captain Pete Wolfenden performed their latest collaborative work which was originally planned to be part of an enormous production on Plymouth Hoe with a choir of a thousand voices but was unfortunately scuppered by COVID.
Rob was absolutely delighted and privileged to catch this very special presentation and of course briefly catch up with the writer and composer afterwards.
